Neil started Silver Brook with a simple mission: To deliver quality education in finance with a combined focus on fundamentals and practical knowledge. Neil received a BSE in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also currently an advisor to Shah Diamonds (www.shahdiamonds.com), a large diamond distribution firm. Shah currently lives in NYC and shuttles between Mumbai –NYC frequently. |

Apurva Sheth (Director, Asia Operations)
Apurva Sheth's career has given him a rare and powerful perspective combining experiences in finance and accounting with human resources management and development. Prior to helping launch Silver Brook, Apurva was in charge of human resources at HOC, a technology company servicing the financial services and energy industries. In addition, Apurva continues to serve as a finance and audit Advisor to the Global Jewelry group, a large jewelry manufacturing group of companies in Mumbai. He got started in his career at Citibank as a financial analyst.
Apurva lives in Mumbai, a city he loves, but enjoys traveling often for business and pleasure. Apurva and his team of dynamic professionals analyze and address the needs of clients, and work with them to design cost-effective solutions.

Ritesh Tilani (Vice President, Middle East Operations)
Ritesh Tilani has a wealth of experience with top-tier consulting firms, such as Bain & Co, which has lent him a multi-disciplinary understanding and approach to various industries. He has provided strategic advice to senior management for clients which included large regional and global banks. He has implemented change management in large corporations, focusing heavily on learning solutions. Most recently, Ritesh was Head of Strategy (MENA) with Nokia Corporation. He is also a co-founder of EXA Partners, a global consulting firm and VC. Ritesh holds a B.S.E. in Finance and Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from INSEAD. He lives in Dubai and has spent most of the last 25+ years in the region, during which time he has developed an in-depth understanding of the needs of businesses in the Middle East.
