  • Course Description

    Unconscious biases are “mental shortcuts based on social norms and stereotypes.” Biases can be based on skin color, gender, age, height, weight, introversion versus extroversion, marital and parental status, disability status or foreign accents.
    This course seeks to sensitize the delegates to their own unconscious biases, it’s impact and ways to mitigate them.

    • What is unconscious bias in the workplace and why it matters?
